Kings Park Branch Teen Programs

Teen Gardening Club
Mondays, August 18, 25 • 4:30-5:30pm
During this 15 week club, teens will get their hands dirty as they install and tend a new vegetable garden at the Kings Park Library. We will also learn many aspects of gardening while tending to the beautiful butterfly garden out front. Community service hours will be awarded for hours worked in the gardens.  Please dress appropriately for working outside.  Thank you to the Kings Park Hardware store for supporting our Teen Gardening Club. Wednesdays, August 13, 20, 27 • 3:30-4:00pm
Earn community service by reading to a younger book buddy.  It is a rewarding experience that you won't want to miss.  Please note: There is a mandatory 30 minute training for teens on the first session. Register

Calling all geeks and nerds! Join us at our twice monthly meetings. All fandoms are welcome at G.A.N.E. where we discuss graphic novels, movies, books and television shows. No registration required.
