Book Buddies Volunteers
Thursdays July 10, 17 and 24 • 6:45-7:30pm
Earn community service by reading to a younger book buddy who is in grade K-grade 2. It is a rewarding experience that you won’t want to miss. Register Here

Make a Comic Book with Microsoft Publisher
Wednesday, July 16 • 6:30-8:30pm (Grade 6– 12)
In this hands-on class, learn how to create panels, add titles, text, speech and thought bubbles, layout pages, and more. Register Here

 Glowing Lava Lamps (Grade 6– 12)
Saturday, July 19 • 1:00-2:00pm
Participants will make an ordinary water bottle into a beautiful and mesmerizing masterpiece using simple chemistry principles. Register Here

Getting Ready to Babysit (Grade 6– 8)
Wednesday, July 23 • 5:30-8:30pm
This program will demonstrate the responsibilities of babysitting and the skills necessary to become a certified sitter with a variety of hands-on activities, discussions and presentations. The fee for this program is $17.00 per patron. A cash, check or money order made payable to The Smithtown Library or Online Registration. Register Here
