Join Chef Rob Scott as he demonstrates how to prepare summer ratatouille flatbread with local eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers and onions paired with a chopped shrimp Waldorf salad with apples and grapes. A tasting will follow the demonstration and copies of the recipes will be available to take home.
