Join Chef Rob Scott as he demonstrates how to prepare delicious prosciutto and baby spinach angel hair pancakes filled with mozzarella and parmesan cheese served with a cannellini bean and fennel salad. A tasting will follow the demonstration and copies of the recipes will be available to take home. Please call the Library if you would like to be added to the waitlist.
