Holiday Closing

In observance of Memorial Day, the Library will be closed Sunday, May 26 and Monday, May 27.  We will reopen on Tuesday, May 28 at 9:30am.

Many of us tend to our physical well-being but often neglect the health of our minds. By befriending our mind, we can wipe the slate clean and detoxify our negative thought patterns and calm the body.  Join John Bednarik long-time meditator and learn how to implement a simple yet very powerful meditation technique that can be life-changing.  There will be a short meditation sitting.
