Join Sal D’Angelo a retired licensor and inspector for the NYS Office of Children and Family Services, as he discusses what to look for in a quality child care program. Learn to evaluate the quality of care, how to find and understand inspection reports, how to deal with complaints or concerns and more. This program is for prospective day care users as well as those who are already utilizing services. Bring your questions!
