Event Details

An interactive workshop on the importance of spiritual health, its interconnectedness with mental health outcomes, and the incredibly positive impact that “soul-care” practices can have. The workshop will include a sound bath, journaling exercise, and meditation. Presented by educators from YES Community Mental Health Promotion & Support.
