Holiday Closing

Four cheese tortellini are the star of this traditional Italian soup that has origins in Emilia Romagna.  Learn how to make these delicious and delicate cheese-filled pasta, and enjoy a demonstration on how to make this comforting soup and try a tasty sample. Please bring a large mixing bowl, small mixing bowl, rubber spatula and cutting board.
