Created by Article II of the Constitution, much of the power of the presidency can be found in the actions of those who have occupied the office. James Coll, Adjunct professor of American and Constitutional history at Nassau Community College will analyze the intent of the Framers and the text of the supreme law of the land regarding the nation's chief executive.
