Looking for a good book to read and discuss with other book lovers? Join us to discuss this month's book selection, Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid. This program will take place in person and will also be available on Zoom.

March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. Come join Health Educators form Stony Brook Cancer Center to learn about colorectal cancer. Colorectal Cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States.

Assemble activity kits for those with memory impairment.  Kits will contain word puzzles and light craft activities.

Dance to get fit with Annmarie Rigoroso. Learn to incorporate fitness movements into dancing. Benefits include bone and muscle strength, cardiovascular health, agility and coordination while having fun.
