Join us for our noncompetitive, slow paced bingo program. This program is geared towards patrons 18 years and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum or those who have other specific needs. 

This program focuses on slow, flowing movements, breathing and focused attention. A low-impact form of exercise can improve physical condition, muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. It has shown to decrease the risk of falling.

Read and discuss a non-fiction sports book with our local group; this month's selection is Games of Deception by Andrew Mariness.  Books are available at the Smithtown Building Circulation Desk.
