This evidence-based program for older adults emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. Participants will learn to reduce fall risks at home, set goals for increasing activity and exercise to increase strength and balance.

Join us as we spotlight a favorite fairy tale. We will revisit classic stories and create a coordinating craft or special project. Dress to make a mess.
