This group will discuss a different book on the third Thursday of every month. We will be discussing The Women by Kristin Hannah. Books are available at the Smithtown Building Circulation Desk.

The Suffolk County Police Department will host Operation Medicine Cabinet, a program for proper prescription drug disposal in the lobby of the Nesconset Building.  Please remove pills from packages and place in resealable bags for collection;

The Battle of the Books is a county-wide competition for young adults who wish to represent their public library. The competition will take place on Friday, August 1 at the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge.
