Happy Year of the Horse! Stop by the Children’s Room during these hours to learn about Lunar New Year traditions and celebrations with a variety of crafts and activities.

Laura Grubert will lead seated and standing low impact exercises with hand weights (optional) and a handheld ball. Please bring water and optional light hand weights to class.
