Week Calendar

Help aid local food pantries by planting, tending and harvesting vegetables in the Library’s garden bed. Meet us in the lobby to head out to the garden together. In the event of rain, this program will be held in the Community Room.

Teen volunteers are needed to design and make bookmarks for Smithtown Library patrons.

Help make coloring kits for our Children’s Department.  These kits will be distributed to children during the Summer Reading Program.

Assemble activity kits for those with memory impairment.  Kits will contain word puzzles and light craft activities.

Help feed our furry friends at the Smithtown Animal Shelter.  We will prepare all ingredients for dog treats at the Library and you will take them home to bake.
