Speak for the trees this Earth Day. Celebrate with a reading of Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax and create a snack fit for a Bar-ba-loot.

Laura Grubert will lead seated and standing low impact exercises with hand weights (optional) and a handheld ball. Please bring water and optional light hand weights to class.
