Enjoy the mobility, vitality, and peace of mind that a regular yoga practice can provide while feeling fully supported in a chair. There will not be floor work! We will alternate standing poses with seated poses, then end the class with relaxation. Modifications will be offered for those who need to sit. No props necessary. Please call the library if you would like to be added to the waitlist.
